The staff were terrific and made the experience seamless Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The venue is very tasteful and the way that they guide you through the ceremony was exemplary..

Got married here last Wednesday. Just a few things I wasn't happy with. The Lady that took care of us when we got there wouldn't let more than 1 person come in the Bridal Suite with me. She said "then it doesn't become a Bridal Suite anymore which I think was strange as I had 3 Bridesmaids. I've seen photos with more than 2 people in there on their big day, she also was a bit smart with me after that. I think she then realised she was being like that and started being extra nice then so all good. The song I asked to walk out of the chapel to was Lady, Kenny Rogers. They played at least 20 seconds of this until we got to the door. That was a bit annoying. My Family and Friends were listening and it all felt a bit rushed. Also after the photos we had to hang around for a little while and sign things. There was absolutely no shade outside and it was a heatwave yet the same lady wouldn't let my guests wait in the hallway. They were burning outside. The last thing, when we came out the Driver was rushing me to get in the car. I understand there is people after us, it is our big day and you don't want to feel like your being rushed, but it all felt a bit like an escalator. The Photographer was very good, very friendly. The Minister was amazing too, great Character. The Gent we seen the day before for a show around was also very helpful.

What an amazing place. We renewed our vows here after 20 years of marriage. Each member of staff were not only polite and professional, they made both me and my husband feel super special. The venue is stunning and combined with the excellent service from all the team including Lance our driver, I could not recommend this any higher.
