This is my second year to visit the Sim Center of Tampa Bay. What an adventure! Both this year and last, I scheduled to experience the simulation of flying the B737. Again, I was amazed at the realistic and accuracy of the B737 flight deck and the very realistic simulated flight from push back from the gate, the engine start and pre takeoff procedures, the takeoff, to climb out, the simulated in route flight path, the descent to landing and arrival at the destination gate. As a pilot myself, who always envisioned flying the “big iron,” the B737, it was as near to realistic as it gets. My flight was conducted under the direction and instruction of Mr. Peter Repak, the owner/operator/ instructor of the B737 simulator. I would highly recommend the Sim Center of Tampa Bay, not only for the 737 experience, but other equally great experiences as well. Their location at 2674 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin, Fl. is easy to find and well worth your time.

Start with the Boeing 737 Flight Simulator experience. This is by far the most educating and fun experience you can ever try. The whole thing is based on the real flight process from when you sit in the pilot cabin and until you land the plane. The owner of this place, Peter, who built this simulator himself over 22 years and who is a great pilot, will teach you/your kid to fly the plane. You/your kid will learn lots of new things you never knew existed in the most fun way. Peter has a great positive energy that makes the virtual flight process unforgettable. My son also tried the Fighter Jet and Formula 1 racing, both were excellent too.
