The itinerary of the tour was rich yet not rush. The tour guide provided very good information of the places visited and was meticulous in all the arrangements and logistics.

Moses was a passionate and knowledgeable guide. It was a pity that it rained and with our agreement we did part of the tour in the bus but Moses checked again to get us down to see the Freedom Trial (red line) and gave great recommendations and was a helpful photographer!

The driver of the van was smoking weed the whole duration of the trip. Each time we stopped somewhere and returned to the van the whole vehicle was smelling of weed. We were also in the middle of a snowstorm and the journey was long. I since checked and note this behaviour is illegal. Travel company deny this happened but we and the other 2 travellers noted it. Completely unacceptable and have been given no apology or compensation and simply told to send more evidence... I have none but feel this is not correct that their driver can operate a vehicle with people in it this way. By the time we were on the way home he could hardly keep his eyes open. Nice trip if the travel was safer.

Hello Fiona We are glad to have hosted you on our tour. You made very serious allegations regarding our tour, after a thorough investigation we were unable to verify your claims. When we asked you for additional information you failed to provide any and immediately began threatening our staff. Based on your review it is clear that you enjoyed the tour, we find it unfortunate that you would behave in this manner. Regardless, we will be happy to welcome you on any of our tours in the future. Stephanie Empire Vacations
