We have no memories, because we were not given the tour we booked and paid for. We had an emergency in the parking garage and were running late.Called the number provided, woman said couldn't help she did not work w Boston events,only salem??? Tried the visitor center and left word and my return phone- no call back,no tour, no refund😒.

The Boston Common Visitor Center is not our company. That building is operated by the Greater Boston Convention & Visitor Bureau and they do not provide customer service for tours. There is a chance you will not hear back from them. Instead, we advise that you contact us directly so that we can assist you. We hope to hear from you soon!
