Deborah Sampson was amazing. She was so knowledgeable on the history, including her path taken in the military. We stopped at all of the highlights and she shared so much information with us. She was not only a wealth of knowledge but so entertaining. We had a decent sized group but no overwhelming where we could not hear / see any of the stops. I highly recommend this tour to start your experience in Boston! The walking was not bad because you stop frequently, however, it could be difficult for anyone who can not stand for a period of time. The only "uphill" that we walked was in the Boston Commons as we initiated our tour. It is a brief walk up hill with some stairs but not bad.

The tour was fun and engaging. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. My niece is in a wheelchair and the tour was easy for her. We had a young man who assisted him and he was very helpful and made sure the tour stayed together as well as helping us with the wheelchair.

Guide was very knowledgeable but went into way too much detail at each stop. What we thought was a 90 minute tour ended up being 2.5 hours for us and we didn’t finish. Had to peel off for lunch at some point. I think the tour could have been just as good with 1/2 of the detail.
