Steve was a great guide. He threw in a lot of humor and history to keep it interesting. However, Viator put too many people in our group. It was difficult to see, hear, and even walk at times. Very disappointing after having been on several other Viator tours.

1. Group was much too large; 2. Much Too much time spent in Granary vs. Other sites along the trail: 3. Too much standing around, not enough walking; 4. Would have liked to continue on to North End sites. Lady tour guide was very good however.

The guide was very knowledgeable - almost too much at times. We stood for LONG periods of time when he was speaking. He was also at times disrespectful to his audience and rude. He asked a woman if he was keeping her up because she yawned. It’s none of his business to call her out on this. She paid her money so he needs to mind his own business. Also, he refused to wear his microphone and we had a big group but he just wanted us to get closer and stand in the sun on a 90 degree day so he wouldn’t have to shout. Just wear your microphone.
