John Hancock (Tim) was amazing. He brought to life the history of Boston. He was fun and incredibly knowledgeable. I did not want the tour to end! Bravo!

My son was very much looking forward to this tour as he loves history. Shortly after starting the tour the guide stated we should answer him "yes, sir" and my son has a speech impediment and has always had difficulty pronouncing his "R" sound. He was standing in the front and the guide heard him mispronounce "sir". He called him out on it and made him say it 3 more times in front of the group and then stated, "What's wrong with you son? Where are you from?" My son then answered his question and the guide made him say it again and said, "I guess it will have to do" and rolled his eyes. We immediately left the tour. My son was sad and embarassed and I was apalled. at his rudeness. How does this guy have a job as a tour guide?????
