Trolleys depart every 30 minutes. Each loop lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

When attempting to reboard we were told it was full, we walked for 3 more stops and continued to wait over an hour and a half while communicating with administrative staff in attempt to enjoy our tour and see more sites to no avail. We were unable to complete the tour and enjoy our time as we have in many other cities & states.

The bus that Papa Jim had smelled bad which was distracting. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. However, there were several times where he let people on that hadn’t paid and I watched one couple get on a couple different times acting like it was their first time not paying and he still let them on. Very frustrating when it’s cold outside and they are giving seats to people that haven’t paid yet.

We had two great tour guides - Perez and Rocky. Both very informative and humorous. If you get off at a stop, keep in mind that the next shuttle won't be back for another 30 minutes. That wasn't an issue for us. However, when a shuttle does come by, if it's full, you will have to wait for another one so could be another hour.
