The stops on this trolley tour are good. We got off and saw Old Iron asides. Very cool. And we went to the market. Since they close at five, and we got there later, we really didn’t get to see that much from the trolley tour. That was our fault.
The reason for the three stars is that there were long lines and waiting to get on any of the trolleys. Where we first got on there was a huge line and they were handing umbrellas out to some people because we had to stand and wait so long in the sweltering heat. There were lines at each stop and many people weren’t able to get on. Even when it was 5 o’clock, and they were supposed to be done for the day, they had to be calling in to say that there were so many people still at the stops not being picked up, and so they had to send out additional trolleys to pick people up.
The first driver we had wasn’t bad and gave good information. The second driver we did not care for and he seem to refer to himself all the time. His voice was very monotone, and like I said we really didn’t enjoy the second driver.
I am not sure if we would do it again. Boston may be a really nice city, but it was so busy and hard getting around I can’t say.
