We always plump for a hop on/off tour of a city if there is one available and (oct 7th) we found this one. Our first driver (name not given) was an older blonde lady with lots of personality and a witty repartee and reeled off interesting facts. Having got off to visit the naval shipyards, we rejoined a tour with a different driver. Oh dear, surley, monotone and not short at chastising passengers for talking when she was speaking and for changing seats when not at a regulated stop (despite the trolley being held at traffic lights, so stationary anyway).
She dismissed the two questions s asked of her and so no one felt like engaging with her.
Later on, we joined the harbour tour and thankfully the gorgeous weather made it a very pleasant hour. Our tour guide, Liz, was bubbly and very informative with a great personality and lots of facts.
