We rode the whole trip once and it was interesting and a quick way to get the lay of the land, but the guide was a bit snarky. The second time, we hopped on and off, and the driver was heading to a break, and not too informative. Our third guy, however, deserves more than 5 stars. This was Tom Collins. He was funny, informative, warm, and an all-around great tour guide. We rode on his last trip of the day, after having walked all over the city and seeing everything. We just wanted to get our money’s worth, and we did. Tom Collins was a great end to our day in Boston!

Spent the day in Boston and got around the city via the City View Hop on Hop off trolleys. Rode a total of 5 trolleys and driver Jon Cotton (JC) was by far above and beyond the best and made this a truly memorable experience in Boston. JC is friendly and funny and goes above and beyond in his customer service to make sure his guests are taken care of and have a great experience. JC also has extensive historical and pop culture knowledge of all areas and stops in the city of Boston. We were able to catch his trolley twice and get through most of the stops on his trolley to enjoy soaking in his knowledge. Based on this driver, I highly recommend this tour company. If you're visiting Boston, ask around until you can ride on JC's trolley, it will make your trip exceptional.

Big surprise with this Hop-on-Hop-off. Very entertaining and great humour the driver had. You cannot have a better idea of Boston than having this trolley tour. They have reinvented this tour in a way that everybody enjoys. I have been doing hop on and off in many city. Here is the best.
