Purchased the tours with a free honor tour at a great price. Compared to the competitors this has fewer stops but we enjoyed the overview of the city. Guides ranged from very good and fun to driving so fast and sharing little information. We did the last harbor tour and had to stand as all seats were taken(we tried to push as many hours as possible). There was a bicycle race that effected the tour route though again we noticed the competitors were still running full routes. Difficult to find an address of where to start the tour (phone message not returned). All in all a great way to get around Boston!

we were stranded by hop on hop off.we took a water taxi to te uss constitution,we bisited the museum and other sites. The tickets said a pickup spot was the constitution museum. we waited 1/2 hr no bus so I called their office and told the guy we were in front of the museum and we were at the corner of 1st and 5th.he couldn't tell me where th pick up spot was except it was a bus stop near some Hotel.when I questioned him further he hung up on me. I tried calling him back he wouldn't answer and it went to voice mail. I left my number and told him we were waiting and needed him to please call me back. He never returned my call.we waited another 1/2 hr. we finally hailed a taxi and returned to our ship.we were stranded and ripped off. Don't do business with hop on hop off,poor customer serve .

Besides a perfect weather day, the hop on hop off tour was the highlight of our visit. The first loop gave us the perfect overview of the city and from there we chose the stops that suited us and were able to enjoy the points of interest in what was surely the most time and cost efficient manner. Matty was our first (and full loop) driver and he set the tone for a perfect day.
