My husband left his backpack on the trolley, discovering it was missing on the next stop. Went to a kiosk and the agent contacted the #1 stop where it had been returned and was waiting for him. So happy to get it back! We enjoyed the information given and it’s humorous delivery. All staff was helpful and pleasant.
