My husband and I did the tour. I thought the tickets were expensive at first, but it was worth it. The guides really get into their characters. They made it fun and really got the children on the tour involved. They give you little souvenirs for free at the beginning of the tour. You go on two levels of the ship and even throw tea overboard. It’s attached to the ship by rope but it’s a great photo opportunity. Then you tour more outside and then inside the museum. You can take pictures of anything outside, but not once you get inside. Beautiful opportunities for pictures while you’re outside. There are interactive things throughout the tour like pulling a rope that is attached to 35 lbs. There’s a video at the end of the tour indoors. Then you can choose to end the tour in the tea room or gift ship. The whole thing was approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

The cast does a great job of telling the story and getting the group involved. Takes about an hour, has a great gift shop and everyone gets a bio of a real person involved with our treason ;). One of the best things we did in Boston and we both enjoyed it.

Went with my spouse. While it was very interesting at the beginning it did drag a lot towards the end. The ship was interesting.
