Inspiration Tower is on the highest point in Southwest Missouri. Take a glass elevator to the spacious, enclosed observation deck. The panoramic views are absolutely phenomenal in any season. On a clear day, you can see over 90 miles.

Anytime during your tour, you are welcome to enjoy the gift shop on the ground level. During November and December, Inspiration Tower is transformed into the Ozarks’ largest sparkling Christmas tree for the Trail of Lights. The Tower is open year-round.

Reservations are not necessary for this attraction.

The Tower has a separate entrance and parking lot, just on down from the main entrance to The Shepherd of the Hills.

This place was super cool it was neat to be up that high and be able to look down and around everywhere we came from Indiana to Branson we stayed in the cabin and went to several places in Branson this is one of them is pretty cool and I got some good photographs and it was priced very reasonably

Seeing the countryside of Branson from atop the Inspiration Tower at The Shepherd of the Hills is awe-inspiring. You can see for miles: forest, lake, mountains, the cityscape of Branson, farms, highway. It's truly an inspirational experience that lends itself to prayer and thankfulness to God for such a beautiful world in which to live. One lady who works there, Sarah, was extremely helpful - she drew me a map! - for finding my way to the Outdoor Drama later that night. All in all, an amazing experience.

The ticket seller, Sarah, was an excellent source of information about the tower and the other activities available at Shepard of the Hills. The elevator to the top is smooth and fast. Due to the rolling hills, you cannot see EVERYTHING in the area, but it does give you a top down view of much of the area and especially of riders on their zip line which starts just one floor below the lookout.
