Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Hot Air Balloon Flights take place in an uncontrolled outdoor environment and include transportation by van or 4-wheel drive vehicle. All riders should wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and dress in layers for the cooler temperatures at sunrise. All riders must be sturdy on their feet with no recent injuries. Riders should consult a physician with any questions about their ability to participate in the activity. All riders must sign waivers. Hand-held cameras, binoculars, and closable water bottles are welcome aboard the balloon. There are no bathrooms in the field.
All balloon flights are subject to weather. If the weather conditions do not permit a safe flight on the day you are scheduled, your flight will be cancelled by the pilot and you may reschedule or be refunded in full. Riders should monitor their cell phones for an early morning call from the pilot or crew chief regarding weather.
All riders cancelling their reservations within 24 hours of the activity departure or who are a "no show" are considered non-refundable.
Tours depart on time. Guests that are late will miss the tour and NO refund will be given.
At least 4 people are required for this activity to take place

Tdogg and his crew are amazing, fun and truly make it an experience! It's a must! From take off, to landing everything was perfect! Loved learning the history of ballooning and the Champagne toast to celebrate!

We had a great experience with Adventures Out West's Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride. This was our first time ballooning, so we were a little nervous but AOW made the experience so much fun. Our pilot, Terry, was amazing. He took time to teach us about ballooning: what he looks for in the weather, the process of inflating the balloon, how to prepare for landing, etc. Terry has over 2,000 hours of hot air ballooning under his belt and his experience showed. The day we were scheduled, Terry was concerned about the amount of wind. He explained to us what he was looking for and that safety was the first priority. After careful consideration, he decided to cancel the flight for the day. We were grateful that he was looking out for us! He offered to try and take us the next day. The next day, the weather was right and we had an incredible flight to almost 4,000 feet above ground (every flight is a little different, so please don't get angry if your flight doesn't reach this height :) ). It was unforgettable! After the flight, the crew set up a wonderful breakfast spread of cheese, fruit, pastries, and nuts. Terry also gave us a history of ballooning. Wonderful experience!
