I bought my tickets though the website- no third party- and it cost me 25 bucks a ticket. No big deal. But, when we got to Ollie's and asked where the ghost tour was, we were told it was across the street- at a CLOSED coffee shop. So, I called "Gail" to figure out what we were supposed to do, no answer and no voice-mail box set-up. We wait at Ollie's until after 7pm, I sent an email to the provided email and never got a response. Not even the following day. SO in conclusion, I would not recommend this tour to someone. Zero communication, unclear instructions. Perhaps the tour itself is great, so for that I cannot offer a review. But the organization of it lead us to have no interest in booking another time.

I am so sorry you had this bad experience. In the ten years I have been taking this tour I have never let anyone down before, always answering my messages and phone calls.
I would like to apologize to you and try to explain what occurred.
I have just returned from a visit home to the UK and the day before I left I tried to change my voicemail but had to have tech support. Not only did they not help me they deleted my whole voicemail and couldnt retrieve. I tried multiple times from the UK to restore it but to no avail.
The tour does not meet inside Ollie's but on the bridge entrance. The only Google map reference I can get is Cool River Coffeehouse.
I would like to offer you a free tour when you return and also refund you.
