We are visiting from the UK for 5 nights in NYC and wanted to explore beyond Manhattan. In an approx 4 hour bike tour around Brooklyn with John we covered a lot of ground and saw so much more of the borough than if we tried to do it without a guide. We got to the start of the tour by getting the F train to York Street, Dumbo which took around 20mins and then it was a max 10 min walk to their depot. It is a little tricky to find as it’s tucked away in an unassuming building with only an A frame pavement sign but trust google maps and you will find it. On arrival Rob fitted us out with bikes and hats (not compulsory). The bikes were excellent quality hybrid bikes and felt very safe. Rob was super friendly and chatted until John arrived and our tour began. As I hadn’t been on a bike in a year I was a little nervous but within a few mins I felt more confident and John was very vigilant and made sure I was safe at all times. My boyfriend is a keen cyclist and loved that the borough has brilliant cycle lanes. John was a really knowledgeable, super friendly guide who clearly knows his borough and spoke enthusiastically and unscripted about the history and modern day living in Brooklyn. We covered about 15 miles we saw from the gritty Redhook area to the charming Brooklyn Heights and along the ever changing Waterfront with the most breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline I have seen in my life. We cycled through beautiful green parks, saw important historical landmarks and rode through residential brownstone streets we have only seen in the movies. Highlights include a sensational view of Station Island and the Statue of Liberty where we felt we could reach out and touch it. This wasn’t the complete tour of Brooklyn as you’d need a full day to cover it all but we now feel we have a better understanding and appreciation thanks to this massively enjoyable tour. Thanks Rob and John. We will be back for one if your other tours before our trips ends xx

Wow! You were great! After riding all day, it was a joy to do another 15 miles with such great people. Glad you booked. We can be a little "nuts". But we aim to take care of our guests.

What a fantastic 25 mile ride around Brooklyn. Really comfortable bikes, great places to discover, lots of information. Really enjoyed learning more about Brooklyn and discovering places we never would have discovered on our own. Highly recommend and we will also be back for more!
