The tour was really good but the rain played a spoil sport. The bus tour could not be enjoyed because of that. Bay cruise late afternoon was the best experience with bumpy ride near Golden Gate bridge : Alcatraz with the lights on was looking better than the daytime view. Also, downtown of SFO being lit with Bay bridge on the other side was a fantastic view. Pier 39 and Girardelli Chocolate factory was nicely lit. Except the first half of disappointment due to rain, rest of the day was very good : I am enjoying Girardelli dark chocolate back home : Thank you team.

Good tour on the whole however paid for the one day unlimited pass to 38 different stops and only got one downtown tour ticket at the office when we went to collect our tickets did not realise until later
Erica our tour guide was great and very informative
Cruise was good also but very crowded

What a great way to get an overview of a lovely city - and not have to drive its crazy streets! I felt very safe with the drivers and the guides were informative - I went on several side trips they recommended. The cruise under the bridge and around Alcatraz included lots of history, had a snack bar, and covered what I wanted to know in the Bay. Good value, too!
