I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to Busch Gardens Tampa. There were six of us in our group, and given the high cost of admission, we expected a much better experience.
First, we encountered several issues at the entrance, which made getting into the park frustrating. On top of that, parking was an outrageous $40, adding even more to the already expensive day.
Once inside, we were extremely disappointed to find that only a couple of rides were operating. There was no notice at the gate or before parking that half the park was closed, which felt misleading and unfair. Had we known in advance, we would have reconsidered our visit.
Additionally, one of the main attractions of Busch Gardens is the wildlife, yet there were hardly any animals, birds, or exhibits open. The park felt empty and did not live up to the experience we were expecting.
Overall, our visit felt like a waste of money, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We would appreciate a response regarding this matter and how you plan to address these issues for future guests.
