Waiting for a concert. Lines, dirty bathrooms, vastly understaffed. Money for passes was wasted. The only thing enjoyable was the giraffe encounter. Concert experience has been horrible (vip ticket pass). BG — Clean something. Try harder to present food that would pass safety inspection (temp!)

I was hesitant and discouraged after I bought my tickets and then saw all the terrible reviews on here, but let me tell you, we had the BEST day!! The park and restrooms were clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Our daughter loved the kids rides and the animals. I personally enjoyed the coasters. We went on a Wednesday - the weather was beautiful - and I could practically walk on any coaster with under ten minutes or no wait time at all. It was a great day! So much fun! Great time for families.

Excellent rides and park but big minus for the loooong queues. 9 hours in the park and we managed to get to 5 rides. 1h30-1h45 wait to each of them. Without a quick pass (costing $110 each) you just get annoyed and your kids lose their energy and smile while waiting. Come on a rainy day or be prepared pay $110/person extra… Many rides were also broken or faced technical difficulties, adding even more to the waiting time.
