Don't bother using this product. Doesn't work. Cade's Cove is beautiful. This product is non-functional.

It sounds like you ran into some trouble with the Cades Cove tour, James. That's not the experience we want for our customers. We recommend downloading the app and tour content beforehand to ensure a smooth tour. The good news is that once everything's downloaded, the app works offline—switch to offline mode. That way, you can enjoy the tour content without an internet connection. Cades Cove is stunning; I'm glad you got to see it!

Fantastic narration! Really enjoyed this self guided tour. It follows you as you drive even though there isn’t cell service as long as you download everything before you start. After purchasing, wait for the 2nd email with the link to download.
