Be warned, they will cheat you out of 30 minutes of your Challenge Course 2-hour promised time. When I called, I was told the kids would have 2 HOURS on the ropes course. I was told the time was actual time "on the course," not gearing up or getting prepped. Well, they pulled my kids off the course at the 90 minute mark! I raised the issue, and instead of making things right, the guy said "well, it's going to take a while to drive back down to the main office, get them all out of their gear, etc." and he wouldn't budge on this. We got a special for $40 per kid, but I'm still frustrated. The kids wanted to go on a HARDER course (they were 4 kids between 16-17 years old), and the guide had them do 2 yellow courses (easiest!) and then one green course! That was it, time's up! Didn't even get close to a blue course or a black course. why did you have them do two yellow courses?!??! VERY DISSATISFIED... might even dispute part of the charge with my credit card company.

Barb,
We are very sorry you feel cheated out of your time, but I need to remind you that you were 45 minutes late, causing another group to wait for you, which they were kind enough to be understanding of. They did have a zip line trip booked with us afterwards that they needed to get to on time to ensure that yet another group wasn't kept waiting. To be clear you got about 1 hour and 45 mins of park time; 15 minutes is not adequate to complete a course; therefore, it made sense to end the tour at that time. The girls were given a choice of course and not directed to do two yellows by our course manager. Again we are very sorry you are upset that some time was "shorted" due to your tardiness. My understanding though was that the girls had a marvelous time and would come back again. Have a wonderful week.
