We had such a great time!! These guys are so awesome to be with as they show you exactly how to have a safe and AWESOME zipline experience! Derek's Interaction with us as we zipped around was priceless and the views were spectacular as we went from perch to perch around the mountain. Captain Zipline is a MUST DO!! 5 stars!!

This was an impromptu visit to Captain Ziplines, and it was fantastic! The whole family did the aerial course. It was fun, challenging, and so exciting. Our kids were pretty fearless before, and now they know that they can do anything if they put their minds to it. And even though the course is completely amazing, the team tops it all. Monty was awesome in helping to arrange the outing. He even gave us tips on where to eat in town. Reya was awesome giving us advice through the course, and Derek stopped by with a boombox to help us keep a beat through the course. We can't wait to come back and do it again!

It's a real honor to leave the 500th review for Captain Zipline (and I'm told I get a free koozie out of the deal), so I'll try to do this justice. We did the classic zipline tour and were really pleased. The guides definitely took their time to make sure all participants were well-prepped to go on the course, but they paced it really well so that we weren't dozing off before zip-time. The zip-lining, itself, was great. We were given training so that we carried some of the responsibility for controlling our speed and orientation. This might have (slightly) diminished the enjoyment of soaring over the canyon, since we had to concentrate a bit more on technique instead of just looking around, but there was a feeling of accomplishment that came with maintaining some control over our own rides. The tour consisted of multiple lines, 6 or 7, with a nice variety of length, grade and scenery. At the end of the 2+ hours, we felt like we had certainly gotten our money’s worth, in terms of excitement and adrenalin. But this wasn’t just zipline after zipline; there were more (welcome) elements woven in: we had some short hikes between the lines, and our head guide, Monty, was a font of knowledge about the history of the area, many of the geologic formations of the canyon, as well as the local flora and fauna. We were part of a mixed group, with some youngish families and college kids on Spring Break, so I think he did a nice job of offering a little something for everyone. Overall great experience. Lots of fun, we felt extremely safe throughout, and we learned more about Colorado in the process. Would certainly recommend.
