You need first to buy your tickets and are told when to come back to line up. Some friends were told to come back one hour later. For us, on Monday 7/24/18 it was only half an hour. When your time is up, you start waiting in line. Half way through the liitne you watch a short movie in a room. The entire wait was about one hour. This is worth. You receive sandals and a yellow poncho. You get down the elevator, and walk through a tunnel to get to the wooden stairs. The view is amazing. You are free to get very close on the hurricane deck or stay away on the other decks. You can stay there as long as you want. Only waterproof cameras!

Nick our tour guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about Niagara and listened to us to guide us onto what we'd like to see and do. He imparted lots of helpful tips and was a very good speaker. This tour brang the whole Niagara falls experience to life. Thank yoy Nick you did a marvellous tour. Highly recommend this tour.
