The first day we tried to rent the bikes, paying by credit card didn't work, the second day it worked but not with the telephone or contactless but only by inserting the physical card into the reader. Lazy and rude attitude. Pretty poor bike maintenance. Unfortunately there aren't many other alternatives.

Great experience and great staff! The rental company, very commercial, gave us the internet prices despite a reservation failure on their site and offered us an extra half hour, thank you! With the two scooters and the electric bike in our pocket, let's begin the visit to Central Park, be careful though, the small arteries of the Park are only accessible on foot and we didn't have anything to secure the rentals! Not too annoying for an hour but can be problematic over a longer period of time, remember to ask him. The proper functioning of the equipment is matched only by their kindness. Go for it!

We booked some bikes online that consisted of two tandems and a standard bike. When we arrived they made us pay extra for insurance per person. There they tell you the arrival time at which to return the bikes according to your reservation, however with us it took about 40 minutes to end up having the bikes. They didn't take out our bikes, we had to tell them several times, then a bike that was bad, a part that they broke because they were rough and they had to change it again. Problems putting the basket in, they tried 3-4 different ones. In short, they took an exorbitant amount of time. A worker there tells us that when we return them that they will return part of the money for the problems, but then when that person arrives, no one knows anything and they say that they don't do that, that at most they prolong your time, but they don't either. They told us to give us more time, so our experience was very bad.
