A great experience with a fantastic company. The booking process was smooth and we were immediately sent directions/videos on how to find them. We had a number of unexpected delays, but the company was in constant contact with us for updates, even moving the driver to meet us in another location. In the end, we were so late that they could have easily cancelled, but were, instead, very relaxed and understanding. The tour itself was wonderful - our driver, Troy, pointed out lots of interesting sights and movie locations, which my teenager appreciated. He was friendly and made us feel relaxed and comfortable after our stressful journey, stopping to take photos of us along the way. It was a memorable way to end our holiday.

I reserved two carriages ahead of time and got a great deal. The company called me the day before and text me the day of to make sure everything was set. Great customer service! We arrived at the park and were told to wait for the next ones because someone was loading the current one. About 3 minutes later they pull in. I just gave them my name and the had it on the list. Super easy and with no hassle. The trip was awesome and the guides were amazing, allowing us to stop and snap pics and taking pics of the whole family. We had a great time and would highly reccommend this company.

Such a great experience with NYC Horse Carriage rides! Highly informative driver who welcomed us warmly when we arrived - having pre-booked 2 carriages for our daughters birthday. Online booking (and rescheduling if you need to etc) was super easy and efficient. Lots of information given to us about the park and surrounding areas. Photos stop was great and we have some super photos of us all taken by our drivers. Great to be able to support a family business whose drivers have first hand knowledge of the area - unlike some of the other carriages touting for business in the day. Totally recommend NYC Horse Carriage rides
