The drivers themselves are absolutely lovely. The carriages are adorable, and the horses are so sweet. The company itself is absolutely disgraceful. I booked in advance a one hour long carriage ride for my anniversary, and when I got there, I was told I would only get 20 minutes. When I called the company to figure out what was wrong I got yelled at on the phone and was told I would be refunded and that I would then need to just find someone who would take me for an hour and pay them directly. I have yet to receive my refund a week and a half later.

It was a little short (around 20’), too expensive for the price. I would miss a little more information

Ralf was great he was knowledgeable. We didn’t really want to hear the history or the touristy information we just wanted to ride and take the experience in. I’m happy I chose the short ride because the longer version would have been too much for me. I would book again. Specifically the longer version in the summertime.
