Moussa was the guide for our 2-hour pedicab tour and to say he was excellent is an understatement! He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, which was an unexpected, but very appreciated surprise! Not only did he know the history of the park, but also knew a great deal about other little known facts about happenings in and around the park. It was an amazing trip and a bucket list item for me! Thanks again for a great trip!

Our tour guide was Zaza, he was extremely nice and informative. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. There was a 50 dollar service fee in the fine print we were jot aware of until we scheduled our ride but overall would still reccomend. Central park is big and we had a young baby. She loved the rides even had a nice nap with "AC on". Much cooler and more pleasant than spending 5+ hours walking to each sight.

We booked the two hour tour through Central Park and we were excited to see all the attractions from the convenience of a pedicab since it was 97 degrees on this day. We didn't realize we’d be making stops to get out, so we minimized our time at each of the sites due to the unbearable heat. The stops were beautiful though- the lake, the sailboats, Bethesda fountain...it was all gorgeous. After only an hour our driver James said the tour was over because we’d hit all the stops even though it hadn’t been the full two hours. We were pretty disappointed. BUT the company manager texted us and asked us about the experience. We told him what happened and he insisted on making sure we had the best experience! The next day he hooked us up with another driver who gave us an even better tour of the park! The second driver, ZaZa, was awesome! He even refused the tip when we tried to give him a little extra for his service. All in all the tour, the park, and the overall service were great. Just be aware that they require a 20% gratuity when you’re budgeting your money.
