A much delayed review as we did the Sunrise Yoga Walk - Central Park Walking Tour with Caroline late last year. Caroline was fantastic! Fun, knowledgeable - on both yoga and Central Park. I loved how she incorporated yoga moves utilizing nature and the park amenities eg using the benches for yoga poses. In addition, Mike was wonderful to work with - quick and friendly communication - and also met us in the park to ensure we were all set up. Great way to get exercise, including yoga, in a beautiful environment and learn about Central Park! Highly recommend!

The tour guide was lovely and the walk was really nice but it was a little pricey for what it was. I was expecting a little more yoga although our guide was great at teaching the yoga. I could have also done with a little more detail to the stories about the park. It was good - but for less dollars.

We had a wonderful time with Emma, she was very nice and expert about the city. She explained very well the main facts about central park and we did some yoga during the walk. Great start of the day!
