Zero access to the vendor, sent 5 messages none replied, couldn't get inside the Zoo, so money lost and the experience also. Bad app, not very user friendly and couldn't access my tickets, or have them resend either

Central Park Zoo is a very personal experience with many of the animals being camera friendly and just know when someone wants to take a photo 🥰

Obviously this is something everyone has heard of and is on the sightseeing list when in nyc, thought when we paid it was really reasonably priced but after 20 minutes inside I realised why. This is a really tiny zoo !!!! Even with taking your time and taking loads of pictures this is only a 2 hour experience. Bear enclosure seemed very small for the bears and unlike a lot of zoos now around the world this is more zoo than conservation.
