Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another. Once a walled prison, it has been a haven for those seeking freedom as well as a dark and gruesome spot for prisoners caught on the wrong side of authority.

The tour was very informative, our guide was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experience and will hopefully do it again one day

Ozzy was our guide and he was GREAT! We went on the adult tour and absolutely loved it. Our favorite part was hearing all of the accurate history of Charleston. I would definitely recommend and go again!

At 6pm I received a confirmation email reminding me of the tour and the meeting location. So I thought the tour was on. We drove to that part of town, parked, walked several blocks, and found a cafe nearby to wait in. While sitting in the Cafe I started checking messages on my phone. At 6:15pm they left me a message that it was cancelled because we were the only two that signed up and they meed 3. I called the number left in the message. The person who answered was not apologetic at all. Her attitude was well we have to have 3, too bad. I inquired as to why did they send an email at 6pm and then cancel at 6:15pm. Her response was "we have no control over that". I asked why did you not cancel the day before so then we could have found something else to do tonight. Well they cannot do that as there would be no tour for people who sign up last minute. Even if they would have cancelled earlier in the day that would have been fine. We would have had time to find something else to do that evening. The person who took my call tried to offer me everything except a refund, and offered a refund only when the other options she presented would not work. I will not book with this company again.
