Very helpful and flexible. We traveled during Hurricane Ian and needed to change dates for the rental. There were no problems doing so. They are responsive and friendly. A map with some suggested routes is provided. The e-bikes were new. I'm not a fan of the fat tire model, but got used to it quickly and did enjoy the throttle feature and they are a plus if you want to ride on the beach.

We are thrilled that ya'll were able to be flexible with your dates regarding Ian and got out to riding! It is such a fun experience. Next time you come we have a few other types of ebike models you can select from that may be more comfortable for you!

We did a bike tour with Ribellion Roads as a group activity during our company offsite and it was for sure the highlight of our stay in Charleston. Ty was super guide, he explained us a lot of things about the history of Charleston, gave us amazing recommandations for the restaurants and bars. We had a tons of fun and got to know the city a bit better.
