  • Dress for the weather with clothes and shoes that are suitable for beach walking. Comfortable, weather-appropriate attire and sturdy footwear will help you fully enjoy the experience on Morris Island.
  • Please note there is a stop at Morris Island where travelers can visit for about 45 minutes to an hour. During this time, you can walk around and explore the island. However, this may pose an issue for wheelchair accessibility. Travelers have the option to remain onboard during this stop if they choose.
  • Restrooms are available before departure. Please note that there are no restrooms available for the duration of the tour.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for departure to check in at the Charleston Outdoor Adventures office. This ensures a smooth and timely start to your adventure.

The island shells were wonderful! The light house was absolutely amazing. But our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and personable he couldn't have made the trip any better than he did

If you love shelling, you’ll love this! I got giant whelps (conches) and several sand dollars from the Morris island beach they stopped at. The sight of the lighthouse in low tide and seeing all the Oyesters being farmed was something I had not expected to see. We saw several dolphins and local birds

Guide was informative, interacted well with group of all ages. He was also a very skilled captain—smooth ride. Trip was on a cold Oct morning so we had the island almost to ourselves. Plenty of dolphins, great discussion on oysters.
