If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

They try to up charge you on everything after you’ve paid for it so you can get something better lots of fun just to much money for 4 mins

Nice facility, nice staff, lousy customer guidance and equipment for first time users. Inside the chamber waiting for your turn there is no staff to guide on what to do or how to improve from one flight to the next. Only mediocre hand signals from a person standing behind you and holding your body are given. By the time you stabilize the flight is over and the next person is jumping in. Paid extra for each family member to get a high flight and did not get what we paid for. Further, the helmet given has no face protection so breathing with the roaring fan blowing is near impossible. Full face helmets are given for returning visitors only - bonehead move as all should get them - especially if you want people to return. I have skydived in the past. It is far easier and more enjoyable to do the real thing than this simulation. Would not recommend.

Since childhood, have wanted to fly without a plane. Now I have. My wife and I are over 70, but like adventures. We just went to iFLY and signed up for the 4 minute package. In three sessions of 1 minute and 20 seconds we entered the vertical wind tunnel and in seconds were airborne without help. In the third session the instructor took us up into a high flight. It was a real thrill. My wife hates heights, but loved this experience. Our group had some kids in it and the instructor was great at putting them at ease.
