Absolutely excellent! Jackie created a personal and memorable experience for my wife and me. It was just the three of us leisurely walking the Italian Market and learning about Italian history, the life of the Italian Market, tasting some of the best cheese we’ve ever had, sipping unique balsamic vinegar and olive oils, eating traditional Italian pizza, enjoying authentic creamy, crunchy cannolis, and sampling family-made flavorful gelato you won’t find anywhere else (we went back for seconds on the gelato). Jackie made us feel so undeniably comfortable and relaxed that the Italian Market tour was more like “Aunt Jackie from Philly” showing us around her home town! And because Jackie is also a chef we came home with new ideas on homemade Italian meals. We highly recommend Jackie’s Italian Market Tour to everyone visiting the Italian Market. Not only is Jackie a joy to be with, she is a fount of Italian Market knowledge and Italian history. You’ll forget you’re on a tour and feel more like you’re shopping the Italian Market with an adoring close relative.

Everyone in my party was impressed from start to finish with Jacqui. Felt like we were hanging out with a celebrity. From growing up in the area and her day job working in food industry, she is obviously respected and loved by the wonderful people you interact with at the fantastic tour stops as well as people you bump into along the streets. The food was certainly amazing, but combined with her insights and playful attitude made it an experience. DO THIS TOUR with Jacqui - her inside and intimate knowledge of the history and places and all the hidden gems along the market will make it a memorable experience for you too.

even though we are from the area, we felt like we were traveling into a foreign country. We learned alot, had great food and really enjoyed our time with Jacquie. every stop we made was busy yet they stopped and gave us details that you just can't find walking on your own. Great food, Great shops and Great company! Would definitely do another!
