I read other reviews that weren’t the best. One even said “pick another company” and I regret not heeding that advice. Wendella is not the best option. It’s unorganized and doesn’t prioritize customer service. Example: we went to check in where the ticket said to check in only to be told we weren’t at the right dock. Walk down to the other dock. Did that and went to stand in line. There was a ticket scanner at the end of the line who tried to scan my tickets. “I’m so sorry. The app is not working. You’ll have to go get tickets printed.” Ok, back to the front. “Sorry, you’ll have to go to the ticket booth which is right up the stairs.” Get to the ticket booth to find an employee on her phone. “The cruise is sold out ma’am.” I know that. I’m one of the people who helped to sell the cruise out! I completely lost my patience. It was a run around for sure. Now, the next day we did an architecture cruise thru the Chicago Architecture Center. Completely different experience. Amazing customer service. Completely organized. Don’t waste your money with anything Wendella.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I apologize that the employees were trying their best to get you to the correct dock and then tried to help you get on the boat even after their scanner went out.
