I’ll be honest, this experience could have been pleasant but there were a few issues. First, if you’re going to require a dress code, then please hold people to that requirement. We dressed up, only to find others on the trip wearing shorts. The food was pretty good, but the dining experience was very rushed and the staff was frantic throughout the dinner. The staff kept trying to rush us to the observation deck and we we moved up to that area, it was dangerously windy out. They should have warned us, or not suggested the visit to the outdoor deck in those conditions. Unfortunately, they don’t have control of the weather, but they put us in a precarious position when sending guests out to a windy area that was dangerous. Finally, you took photos of us (in the wind) and tried to sell those photos to us for an inflated price. You should have had a contingency plan for indoor photos instead of making guests take unsightly photos in the wind. All in all, the experience was mediocre and a lot of the visit could have been pleasant if the staff weren’t running us over on the way to the bathrooms and around the boat and if children weren’t screaming at tables. That’s not what I was coming to the boat to hear. Great views of the city though.
