Staying in Sedona and decided to make the trip here. Ample parking for the event. Check in was smooth with no issues. We had planned to do some of the activities before the show. Unfortunately, like most everyone, they were clearly understaffed. Nobody at the tractor rides, the bull ride guy had no idea if they were going to go that night. Also nobody doing the axe throwing. Staff did their best to help and make things work, trying to cover multiple areas at one time. Dinner starts at 6:30. You are seated and then they release you one table at a time to go through the line. Seating is all on picnic benches. Portions on some things were VERY small. Coleslaw was literally a pinch. You also get a baked potato, biscuit, beans, chicken, and ribs. My young daughter was giving a HUGE chicken breast, while I got a tiny drumstick. Again, odd. While eating they did offer anyone seconds which I have never been offered at a chuckwagon before. Very kind, but do wish they would just load you up the first time through. Dessert was warm caramel apple crisp with ice cream. Yum!! Food in general was tasty. Drinks are served at table in large containers you pour/serve yourself. Tea, Lemonade, and water. Show was slower paced and very old country style. Singers were good.
