Viator wasn’t helpful at all , I’m not from Cincinnati, I had no information on where to meet up. Finally got there and the tour had already left. Called the Viator customer service and the representative was rude and not helpful. I asked for a refund and she gave me the run around now I have to wait for a email in 7 days . If I was giving more information and contact number I wouldn’t have had any problems

A must do in Cincinnati. Miranda was wonderful! We didn’t know what to expect and walking behind listening to the kids... this is the best ever!!! We want to do the other tours. Best tour and tour guide.
