While our guides were delightful & informative, and we enjoyed meeting folks from all over the US, we were somewhat disappointed with the food. Three of the six tastings were basically cheese: grilled cheese, cheese pizza and cheese at Findlay Market. We would have liked to have more variety with flavor profiles and tasted more relevant food to the area. Not sure why we ate macarons (we have the same kind of shop in our home neighborhood) or Detroit-style pizza. Nonetheless, we loved hearing about the architecture and history of the area. So, think a little more cohesively about the day’s menu and focus on foods of local traditions and this would be a 5-star.

Thanks Staci for sharing on the Saturday afternoon Streetcar tour. I'm glad you had fun and enjoyed hearing about the history and the architecture. The restaurants and food vary on all the different tours. We partner with over 60 different local restaurants, each one with an interesting story and tie to Cincinnati. Next time if you're looking for more relevant food to the area, I would suggest The Cincy Top Sites and Bites morning tour which features the 5 foods that Cincinnati is known is for or the Delicious Destinations Tour that features 5 foods that are unique to Cincinnati as featured on the Cooking Channel's episode with the same name.

Great tour with Jackie and Terry! Learned a lot about the history, culture, and FOOD of Cincinnati. We saw all the sights we wanted to see and ate tons of delicious food along the way. I was surprised at how big the servings were. I had expected a bite of this and a bite of that but after the third stop I was almost too full for more. I loved it all and after the tour was over went back to buy more to take home. Most of the food stops included water, so I would have not needed to bring my own... and there were plenty of restroom stops along the way. I would suggest doing this early in your visit to Cincinnati as it was great for learning how to get around, how to ride the Cincinnati Connector and for getting good suggestions for the rest of our stay.
