Our family with kids ages 18, 16, and 12 had a great trip with Lewis and Clark during our visit to the Tetons. We had Aaron as our guide and he made it fun and informative. We saw eagles, osprey, marmots and even a beaver during our evening raft. The dinner was delicious and made for a fun evening meeting other families. This is a locally owned company and they go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. We have been rafting before in Colorado and these rapids are not a strong but still fun and our kids said it "exceeded their expectations" which rarely comes out of their mouths. Highly recommend.

This company is one of many who provide river services, but we were drawn to them because they were kid-friendly. We rafted the Snake with a boat full of kids - 9 children under the age of fifteen - and six adults. It was a blast. Our guide (Orion) was experienced, and knew how to navigate both the river, but also the dynamic of a few adults, and lots of kids. If you'd love to see the Snake River, pristine wildlife, have fun and get wet - with kids or without - choose this company and try to get onto Orion's boat. If you're taking the kids, definitely get the wet suit from the outfitter at the beginning of the trip, and you might also want to get the rain top or some sort of warmer top cover for the kids. Once they get wet, they'll be cold. Bring good water shoes, and note that the trip to the put-in / take-out site is about 45 minutes south of Jackson where's little cell phone coverage. Take towels, a change of clothes, and maybe a book to read on the way out or back. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Absolutely stellar trip. Joe was a great guide with a great sense of humor. He had my nervous 10-year old manning the front of the raft like a champ. HIGHLY recommended!
