We had a great time on this kayaking adventure! We were greeted by Tammy who was super friendly and professional. She gave us all bottles of water and let us know what to expect while we’d be out on the water. We opted for the 9am tour and felt so lucky to have Adam as our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable of the area and kept the tour light and fun with his with his great sense of humor. He pointed out hairy sea slugs, sea urchins, sea stars, and we were lucky enough to see a manatee!! The four of us in our party all agreed that it was a wonderful way to spend a couple hours and we’d all recommend it! Big thanks to Tammy and Adam, you guys rock!

Guys this people deleated my review so I’ll post it again and I hope it is helpful. I'm going to be very honest. First, we got lost! It was so difficult to find the location that we got lost for about 30 minutes. We do not recommend snorkeling on the main beach because it is under a bridge, which is dangerous. Also, we don't recommend bringing a lot of things because you will leave them in a trailer and there is no bathroom available; unless you feel confortable doing your necesities in the forest. Once our trip started, the kayaks were good. They were safe and comfortable. Well, the weather wasn't the best, it was very cold and the wind didn't help at all. The water is not at all what the photos show, honestly, the water was dark, a little dirty and not very clear. We didn't see any animals. We only saw a baby starfish and shells. The beach where we stopped on the tour was good, but not as wonderful as the pictures show. The tour takes place in the open sea and on the sides you can see houses. The best thing about the tour was Adam, the tour guide. He pulled our kayaks in the sea when we were tierd, he made funny noises to call the manatees that never came out, but after all, Adam was very kind and loving. The experience is good, but guys, it's not like the pictures show at all. Maybe in other places the experience will be better! We came all the way from Miami expecting something more, however, it is a fun experience to do with your loves ones, because defenetly the company is the thing that saves the tour. Honestly our group did not had the best experience, that is why we are not sure of repeating this tour, however I am happy for you all who had a wonderful experience with this tours. We booked this trip with high expectatives because we were celebrating a birthday, the birthday girl really wanted to spy some manatees, and supously it was the manatee season, however none were seen.

We’re sorry to hear you had trouble finding the launch area. While we do our best to provide clear directions, it sounds like there may have been a misstep along the way. We’ll make sure to review the instructions to help future guests locate us more easily. As for the water and wildlife, they are always influenced by tide, weather, and seasonal conditions. Each tour offers a unique experience, and while we can’t guarantee specific sightings or water clarity, nature always has its surprises. We’re so glad you enjoyed the safety and comfort of the kayaks and had a wonderful time with Adam—he truly is one of the best! We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving. Guide Adam was great and found interesting things to look at. Clear water and see thru kayaks. Man o war, starfish, turtles in the wild. Jupiter may be a little more urban than other locations but I felt we maxed out the experience given the location.
