I went on a snorkel with manatees outing with guide Mike and captain Kevin. Both were highly professional (punctual, gave clear instructions, led the group with good humor and without being overbearing) and very clearly wanted to give us what was promised (a swim with manatees) despite some natural challenges ( the weather and water were warm for the season so the manatees had dispersed into the bay when typically they would be congregating in a smaller area). At the same time, they respected the animals (and encouraged the group to do the same, which everyone did). And we finally we are able to do what we had come for - be in the water with a manatee that went about its manatee business. I was amazed and so happy to later receive pictures and videos of not just people in the group but of the manatee, eating, coming up for air, etc. These fantastic shots allow me to relive a great time and see things that I didn’t catch at the moment. Also, the boat trip into the bay on its own would have been a wonderful experience. Kevin and Mike narrated histories, gave context to locations and people, and did so with a good sense of humor and lots of respect. The hot drinks after we got out of the water was appreciated, too. Thank you!

The trip was awesome! Seeing the manatees up close was super cool and definitely a unique experience. JJ and Liz made it even better. AND we got to see a sea turtle as well!

JJ and Liz were fantastic. They made sure we had a wonderful time and we had such a great experience. We got to see tons of manatees and even see them from a drone camera. We got coffee and got chocolate too. These guys were the best!
