We went today for my birthday and it was hands down the coolest thing over ever done!! Carlos and captain tanner were great guides and we saw so many water potatoes!! Give those boys a raise!!

Natalie and Kevin were the absolute best!! Natalie worked so hard to get us up close and personal with the manatees and lead us around to them throughout the experience. When we got out Kevin lavished us with warm water inside our wet suits and had hot cocoa ready for us. It was seriously a luxury experience. Natalie was the best ball of enthusiasm and energy and Kevin was so knowledgeable! I have been on another manatee tour and other tours and this was hands down the best tour I have ever experienced!! I absolutely 💯 recommend this company and especially these two! If you are looking for the best manatee gift shop EVER you need to go here! They have the most manatee things I’ve ever seen! And the most of any store in the area. They are passionate about what they do and are amazing!! The Thank You Natalie and Captain Kevin for the best experience!! Hope to see you again and I’ll be sure to bring real Wisconsin cheese curds especially for you two.

A great experience. A must do if you’re in the area, or even if not, the drive to Criystal River is worth the experience. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. We took our daughter and her friends for a birthday trip. Capt Chis and Guide Ed were awesome. Very knowledgeable and made the trip a great one. We would ask for them again.
