The experience was amazing, the guide made sure we saw and swam with manatees. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is because the water wasn’t really clear, maybe it was just due to the season.

We're glad you had an amazing time, but are a little disappointed that you are reviewing your tour and our facility based on conditions well beyond our control. It's best to keep in mind that the most magical thing about this tour is that you're swimming with WILD manatees in their own natural habitat, so the conditions do vary depending on tides, weather, how busy the waterways are etc. We always post a variety of pictures in all conditions as well as have a conditions page on our website to help share this information before your visit. We hope by sharing this, future guests will have realistic expectations and review us on us instead of the conditions of the natural habitat we work in, which are phenomenal compared to other areas due to ongoing rehabilitation projects and volunteer work in our area!

From Courtney and the other staff who helped us book the tour, to Captain Wade & In Water Gour Guide, Trish, this entire team made sure our experience was excellent! 👏👏 We had a blast and no regrets booking this event! From 6 to 42 years of age, our entire group felt safe, comfortable, and happy! Wade and Trish made the trip! What a great captain and guide! For us, feeling like friends and family, being real and relatable, is a major plus! You get this with Wade and Trish. They are a married couple who love each other, love and appreciate their guests, and who love and respect the Manatees! You can specifically request a tour with these two and I recommend you do!! #Merica THANK YOU RIVER VENTURES for blessing us with a great experience. We went with Gavin and Jojo. Mom with two kids and I didn't expect the youngest (5yo) to get in at all, I just wanted the oldest (14) to have fun, he is a natural snorkeler. Everyone from the front desk to our captain and tour guide was amazing. We saw two manatees, they helped me with my youngest in the water even though I didn't expect them to. They made us so comfortable! All three of us saw manatees, my youngest kept everyone on the boat entertained and laughing. And as we were leaving, he told Jojo "Thank you for showing me your creatures". Amazing memories for mom!! Thank you so much for taking care of my kids diverse age group. We had a blast!
