The guide and captain were very knowledgeable about where to find the manatees and we swam with a mother and her baby and many others. They know the area well and educate you with what to do and not to do and how to get the best bang for your buck. They were a couple a of characters and you could tell they loved the area, environment and manatees. You won't regret going or getting the full photo package to remember your trip.

We had a great experience with Carlos as our guide. As soon as we got in the water and acclimated, he had us next to the manatees! They are such gentle creatures and it was a fun experience to visit their area. Nothing to be scared of and swimmers of any level can participate! Our captain (Rachel) did a great job spotting wildlife and explaining things along the way. She did a great job for her first time solo captain!

Couldn’t recommend more! Very friendly staff from the start to finish. This was the second time doing this and I will be going again. My older grandma had her dreams come true with her perfect manatee experience! Our guide Micheal and captain Brian are very knowledgeable and super friendly! Plus the hot chocolate was delicious!
