We offer small, private tours that focus on helping you capture better photos. Our tours take you to the most breathtaking locations across the Blue Ridge Mountains that only the locals know about. iPhone photographers are welcomed!!

We’ll work directly with you to create a custom, private tour that is perfect for you and your photography interests. Together we'll pick locations that fit your interests and your desired amount of hiking, from a couple of miles to no hiking at all. This is ideal for travelers looking to go off the beaten path. And we pick you up!

Our award-winning photographers know the Blue Ridge Mountains better than anyone else in the area! We can work to accommodate your schedule but typically this tour begins 4 hours before sunset.

Jay's passion for photography was a major contributor to the experience being totally enjoyable. I purchased the half-day trip as a gift to my husband and went along to watch and see the Fall colors. Jay was so inviting to photography that I ended up taking as many pictures as my husband. Ending the trip on the Parkway at sunset was fantastic. I have already used the tips Jay provided and continue to take photos, now we have pictures of my husband, not just me. Thanks, Jay!

My Husband and I booked booked a half a day, and it was such an amazing experience! We learned a great amount about photography and we’re excited to use our skills at other Parks. We had a blast with our photographer, J brought us to hidden gems around the Asheville area that only locals would know about. The great conversation, learning photography, hiking and the abundance of devouring wild blueberries made the experience incredible!

My wife and I did the experience together and we both loved it. I am an amateur photographer with decent experience, my wife was a true beginner and we both learned a great deal. Jay was awesome and broke down the lesson into easily understood concepts. We went to two water falls and multiple outlooks ending with a sunset. Would definitely highly recommend this.
