Christopher was a fantastic tour guide, and brought a high level of energy and knowledge to all the sites we saw. He mentioned he grwe up in the DC area, and his knowledge and insider insights on where to go after the tour, which museums are open and when, what is highlighted at each, was really helpful. It's fun to have a tour guide who is so passionate and excited about their city!!

As far as the tour details, I did not really enjoy the boat cruise, and thought it could have been skipped altogether to spend more time visiting the monuments. The boat was old, the speakers didn't really work, and it was crammed full with people. Perhaps an option that skipped the boat and did everything else. This trip was also sold as a 4-hour tour, and it was nearly 5.5 hours.

Washington exceeded my expectations, everything was super clean and very interesting. My visit was during the cherry blossom season, it was truly an unforgettable experience, I think it deserves a second visit, except that we couldn't get close to the white house. The tour guide took great care to carefully explain to us about each monument we visited.
