You are permitted to pick up your skis at a Park City Resort Base Shop the night before you ski after 4pm, so you can enjoy a full day on the slopes. You have until 10:00 am the day after your final ski day to return the gear.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The price was very good for the equipment that I rented. However, it was somewhat unclear where to pick up the skis, boots and poles.

Hi Guy, I'm so sorry for the confusion. The address options are in all of our listings when your choose your gear. Was that not provided by Viator for you after your purchase?
